Description
A Game Changing Transmission for Your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000
Your OEM transmission isn™t built for a lead foot and wild rides. You can, and will, push it too hard eventually”snapping a reverse chain or blowing up your case is a bummer when you™re 50 miles from the trailer. That™s why you need SuperATV™s Complete Geared-Reverse Transmission for your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000. It™s a RZR Turbo-style tranny that™s built to fit your RZR without modification. It™s a game-changer.
Geared reverse eliminates stock™s reverse chain
Upgraded pinion and snorkel gears
Upgraded pinion bearing retainer
Upgraded case
Optional gear reductions
3x Stronger than Your Stock Reverse Chain
We didn™t replace your crappy OEM reverse chain with a slightly better chain”we replaced it with a reverse gear for 3 times the strength of stock. That means you can throw your RZR Trail S 1000 in reverse whenever and wherever you want with confidence.
Top-Notch Pinion and Snorkel Gear
We gave the pinion and snorkel gear set a serious upgrade. The bigger, stronger design is 2.5 times tougher than the standard gear set. And they™re paired with a 300M front output shaft”these gears are begging for all the rough riding you can give them.
Rock-Solid 6 mm Pinion Bearing Retainer
Having strong gears doesn’t mean much if they don™t mesh when you hammer on the gas. Our 6 mm thick retainer uses a six-bolt design to ensure the pinion and snorkel gear always mesh perfectly, especially in reverse.
Case Upgrades Done Right
The cast aluminum case is no slouch either. We added extra material to the snorkel tube to strengthen the biggest OEM weak spot. We also beefed up the fins and gussets to for strength and heat dissipation”a cooler case flexes less and strengthens the internals.
Removes Turf Mode!
Our geared reverse does not include turf mode, which is a good thing. Turf mode is weak even when it™s not engaged. A tranny without it is stronger no matter how you ride.
Pick Your Gear Reduction
You can pick a gear reduction, and we™ll build it into your transmission. Choose from stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% reductions to get the perfect amount of torque for you. The right gear reduction returns the power you lose from big tires and heavy upgrades.
