A Complete General Transmission”Only Better
You expect a lot from your side-by-side, and the way you push it leads to some serious transmission problems. For better reliability and performance, upgrade to SuperATV™s Polaris General 1000 Complete Heavy-Duty Transmission. Our made-to-order tranny upgrades the case and internals to give a stronger and smoother machine. That™s because perfectly meshed gears and material upgrades mean no more slipping gears and no more transmission issues. Plus, you have the option to remove turf mode for even more reliable strength.
Twice as Reliable Double Reverse Chain
When your stuck in a rut and throw it in reverse, that pop means your chain is gone. That™s why we™ve upgraded to a double reverse chain that gives you nearly twice the strength of stock. It gives you the confidence to reverse out of any sticky situation.
Upgraded Pinion and Snorkel Gear
Your pinion and snorkel gears transfer tons of power to your drive shaft, so you better make sure yours are good enough. Our gears are made with 9310 alloy steel and broken in together so they mesh perfectly. Plus, you get a 300M front output shaft to make the whole package as strong and smooth as possible.
A Stronger Pinion Bearing Retainer
Strong gears alone aren™t enough to make meshing perfect. You need a stronger pinion bearing retainer to keep them right where they™re supposed to be. Ours is thicker than stock to give you a consistent power to your drive shaft.
A Big Beefy Transmission Case
Our upgraded transmission case gives you strength where you need it most. That™s because if your case isn™t strong enough to keep your internals running true, there™s no point in upgrading them in the first place. We™ve added 68% more material to the snorkel tube and axle outputs. We™ve also beefed up those areas with additional gussets and ribs that double as cooling fins. It™ll stay cool and stay together when you™re pushing the limits.
Get the Gear Reduction You Need
You don™t just get a killer tranny”you also get your choice of gear reduction. Choose from stock, 12.5%, 25%, and 37.5% gear reductions to boost your torque. Why more torque? If you want to run bigger tires, add weight to your machine, or just get punchier acceleration on rough trails or mud, a gear reduction delivers!
