The Best Polaris RZR Trail S Tranny on the Market
Your RZR Trail S 900™s transmission is the most important part of its drivetrain. And stock just doesn™t cut it. It has a weak reverse chain and a fragile case, either of which can end your ride in a hurry. That’s where our complete geared-reverse transmission steps in. It upgrades everything and it™s designed specifically for your Polaris RZR Trail S 900, so there™s no modification required.
Geared reverse eliminates stock™s reverse chain
Upgraded pinion and snorkel gears
Upgraded pinion bearing retainer
Upgraded case
Optional gear reductions
3x the Strength in Reverse
We got rid of the crappy reverse chain on stock and replaced it with gear-on-gear reversing strength. No more stressing about that chain snapping you when you’re trying to back out of tricky spots.
A Pinion and Snorkel Gear as Tough as You Are
We made the pinion and snorkel gear set 2.5 times tougher than stock by increasing dimensions and improving the gear mesh. Plus, they™re paired with a 300M output shaft. They™re built to get abused.
A 6 mm Pinion Bearing Retainer That Doesn™t Quit
Beefy gears are a must, but you also need a tough retainer to keep them meshing perfectly. Our oversized, 6 mm retainer boasts a six-bolt setup that’s as strong as they come. Your gears will stay where they™re supposed to, whether you’re going forward or in reverse.
A Bigger, Better Case
Our cast aluminum case is no lightweight either. We bulked up the snorkel tube with extra material to eliminate the OEM weak spot. Plus, we added larger fins and gussets for more strength and better cooling because a hot case makes everything weaker.
Removes Turf Mode!
If you™ve got turf mode on your machine, our geared reverse transmission deletes it”and that™s a good thing. Turf mode makes your tranny weaker even when you™re not using it. Eliminating it boosts strength no matter how you™re driving.
Choose Your Gear Reduction
Need more torque for your setup? Take your pick from a range of torque-boosting gear reductions for your transmission. Opt for a 12.5%, 25%, or a whopping 37.5% reduction to give you more torque for big tires, lifts, and portals.
